I may or may not have said that if you design a system where the only thing between your users and harm is your prayers that your users don’t click button twice, then you’re not ready to design systems.

I stand by that claim, by the way. It wouldn’t make you a bad person; it would just mean that someone else should do the designs and that you have the opportunity to learn. And that’s a wonderful thing!
